Ulrich Lauridsen

Ulrich was born in 1967 and only need to write his thesis to complete his education in political science (“I will!” he assured us adamantly).

While he has never been an active musician, he has always been an active ‘music-lover’, buying his first record at the age of 5! (Slade).

From 1994 to ’97, whilst studying, he was responsible for the one-man project ‘Kaleidoscope’, which put on concerts at various venues in Aarhus. At the same time, he also began to write music-articles for both Wild and Zoo magazines, and since, also for Gaffa and LineOut.

In 1998, Ulrich became booker for ‘Lille Vega’ a position he held for 3½ years. Now he is kept busy, by ROSA as Programme assistant for the SPOT festival, by The Agencies Copenhagen Office and when time allows, as reviewer for the site musik.dk and as writer for ‘Music & Media’ and ‘Billboard’.

Ulrich joined ROSA in 2001.
